Safety knowledge of hydrogen use

For production needs, hydrogen gas cylinders must be used in the field (indoor), the number of which shall not exceed 5 bottles and should meet the following requirements:
1. The indoor air must be well ventilated to ensure that the highest hydrogen content in the air is not more than 1% (volume ratio).

3, the distance between the open fire or the ordinary electrical equipment should not be less than 10 meters.
4. The distance between the suction vent of air conditioning equipment, air compressor and ventilation equipment should not be less than 20 meters.
5, the distance between the storage sites of other combustible gases should not be less than 20 meters.
6. A bracket with a fixed gas cylinder.
7, the use of gas cylinders in multi-storey buildings, in addition to the production of special needs, generally should be arranged on the top floor by the outer wall.
8, the use of gas cylinders, no knocking, collision; gas cylinders must not be close to the heat source; in the summer should prevent exposure.
9, we must use a special pressure reducer to open the cylinder, the operator should stand on the side of the valve mouth, the action should be gentle and slow.
10, when the valve or the pressure reducer leaks, it shall not continue to use; when the valve is damaged, the valve should not be replaced under pressure in the bottle.
11. The gas in the bottle is forbidden to be exhausted, and the residual pressure above 5 thousand PPA should be retained.
